No, you can choose any combination of services you wish. For example, if you have a website but need MVP development and Legal services, there is no obligation to have us build a website for you and we wouldn’t charge for this part.

The MVP as a Service plan is a flexible way to have product support and small feature requests and enhancements for a simple monthly fee.
This plan covers new product features and bug fixes, platform fees are not included. We may quote separately for any major additions to the product that require dedicated resources to give you maximum clarity on the time and cost involved.

The Law as a Service plan is a flexible way to employ legal services on a simple pay-as-you-go basis. Pricing is based per work stream, examples of work covered by this plan include:

Larger transactions would not be covered by this plan and quoted for separately, including:

No problem – after launch we would just hand over the running and ongoing development of the product to you.

To help keep costs low for founders, we can offer a sweat equity discount meaning we take a small stake in the business in return for reduced rates. The discount and stake vary from project to project and we can discuss this when you contact us.

Yes, the costs shown above do not include VAT and we will include this in our proposal.
