1. Initial discovery call

A no obligation call that normally lasts around 30-45 minutes and the opportunity to get to know each other. We will understand the business problem you are looking to solve and should be able to give you an indication whether we can help you.

2. Deep dive analysis

We will analyse your requirement in more detail with a key focus to prioritise software features to settle on a minimum viable product (MVP) that can be delivered quickly and cost effectively.

3. Project estimate

After digesting the output from the deep dive, we will create a proposal that will contain the scope of the deliverables and a project estimate. This is the stage where you give the green light to proceed with the project.

Build, Launch & Support

4. Core development

During this stage, we will use leading no-code tools and AI to create the solution, meaning we can develop and iterate much faster than traditional coding. We will keep you updated throughout, meaning no surprises once the build is complete.

5. Product launch

Internal business applications will now be made live ready for use by your team. If we are helping you launch a SaaS platform, your product will be moved into the live environment ready for users to sign up.

6. Post go-live support

Post go-live, our Support price plans offer ongoing support and development for a simple monthly fee. More info.

The Support plan is a flexible way to have product support and small feature requests and enhancements for a simple monthly fee.
This plan covers new product features and bug fixes, platform fees are not included and payable directly to the platform providers. We may quote separately for any major additions to the product that require dedicated resources to give you maximum clarity on the time and cost involved.
In the majority of cases, yes. We would spend some time understanding the app and if all looks good you would subscribe to the Support plan. If your app is particularly large, we may need to charge for an initial analysis phase to bring our team up-to-speed before activating the Support service.
No problem – after launch we would just hand over the app to your team.
Yes, the costs shown above do not include VAT and we will include this in our proposal.
