Brett co-founded Sazneo, a real-time business group messaging app that was acquired by Access Group in December 2012. He then co-founded B2B Consultancy Services, a lead generation service that helped businesses find new customers and most recently founded ResultSheet, the leading Cycling Time Trial results app in the UK.
Mike Buckworth

Mike has a huge breadth of experience, advising over 1,800 startups, invested in 51 and exited 7. Mike is the also the founder of specialist start-up law firm, Buckworths, and spends much of his time helping start-ups launch their business and raising investment to fund their growth.
He is also the author of BUILT ON ROCK, the entrepreneur’s legal guide to start-up success, is an “entrepreneur in residence” at various universities and board advisor to several start-ups.
Lisa Davis

Lisa has over 25 years experience both as an Executive Assistant and running teams of support staff at businesses of all sizes.
Lisa has supported the CEO of W.R Berkley, the Board of Directors at Beazley Insurance and Heads of Investment Bank trading desks at Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.
Lisa also built a team of support staff whilst working with the Global Heads of Fixed Income at Fidelity International and has worked with numerous startup Founders.
Lisa is a Director of StartHQ and is both an active member of the EA team and responsible for client relationships.

With a background as a copywriter, social media manager and event co-ordinator, Lee has delivered content for promotional merchandise, printed campaigns and SEO-focused websites, while also leading teams and managing complex, high-pressure projects.
Lee brings together organisational expertise, project management experience and a proactive mindset to provide strategic and administrative support to senior leaders.

Sara is an accomplished EA with over twenty years experience, having supported senior executives across industries including construction, property, finance and retail.
Sara’s expertise lies in diary management where she thrives on organising, scheduling and prioritising appointments in complex work environments, simplifying meeting schedules for her clients.
Whether working solo or as part of a team, Sara takes a proactive and enthusiastic approach, always striving to deliver efficient, reliable and valuable EA support.
Rachel Fussey

Rachel is an accomplished Programme and Project Manager with over 25 years experience delivering high-impact initiatives to Executive teams of all sizes. She began her career with Accenture as a management consultant and later held senior roles at Barclays before moving into contract positions across a number of industries, most recently in local government.
Rachel is experienced in chairing and reporting into director-level boards and is known for her structured approach and clear communication. Being able to operate confidently at all organisation levels, Rachel can provide effective support for any Executive as well as manage projects of any size.
